Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Deen Studio (the "Service") operated by Deen Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Deen Studio is a web application for creating short video reels featuring Quranic verses, recitations, and related Islamic content. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create or distribute content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
• Misrepresent Quranic text, translations, or attributions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or source code.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Content Attribution

Quranic text and translations are sourced from the Quran.com API. Recitation audio is provided by licensed reciters via the same API. Background video footage is sourced from Pexels under the Pexels License. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these assets complies with their respective licenses when distributing content externally (e.g., publishing to YouTube).

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. YouTube Publishing

When you use the YouTube publish feature, your use is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Deen Studio name, logo, and original software are our intellectual property. Content generated using the Service (your reels) remains yours, subject to the third-party licenses covering the source assets (Quran.com, Pexels, recitation audio).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated verse suggestions are for convenience only — always verify Quranic references independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deen Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Deen Studio operates.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
